It is somewhat ironic that the products that we use to make our homes clean and “healthy”, could, actually, be making us sick

Recent articles studying more than 6,000 people for over a 20-year period, revealed that cleaning your home with toxic cleaning products, that most of us use, could be as bad for us as smoking a pack of cigarettes a day for over 20 years.


Children are especially vulnerable to household toxins. WHY?  Children, because of their size and physiology, are exposed to more indoor home pollutants than adults standing in the same room.


Are the products effective? Maybe not. Yet the damage to the lungs and body certainly is. If you continue to use toxic cleaning products, even after reading this, at least read the labels for the ingredients. We don’t always see it, but our environment is shaping our health every moment of every day. The average American uses about 25 gallons of toxic, hazardous, chemical products per year in their home. Over ninety-percent of these are contained in plastic containers and are thrown in trash bins.

The scale of this waste is so vast that, even if only a small percentage escapes to the sea, the pollution load is enormous.  Every year, over 82 billion plastic containers end up in our oceans worldwide. Even remote beaches are awash with plastic litter, which drifts in on ocean currents.

The World Health Organization defines “Financial Health” as: “A state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. Therefore, financial health promotion is not just the responsibility of the health sector, but goes beyond healthy life-styles to financial well-being.”


Your personal health can be poor and that can lead to significant financial issues. We want to assist people with their “Financial Health” and help them use their finances, economic resources, decisions, behaviors, routines and habits to impact their overall well-being.

My Journey

I am a highly motivated person, driven by a passion to promote the health and wellness of my family and friends.

I truly believe that doing the right thing, for the right reasons, is the only way to work – and I put these values to work every day, in everything I do.


For over 25 years, I have worked with health and wellness organizations seeking to improve the health and wellness of people around the world. My own health challenges and that of my spouse and children solidified my resolve to seek out the information that would improve our health reality.


Improving the Four Pillars of Health and Wellness for myself and family was not easy. It was not an overnight success but rather a journey that I took to make it happen.

Now, as a Health & Wellness coach, I provide educational information to individuals and families that have a desire to live a better, healthier, and longer life


My mission is a total health and wellness concept. I do seminars, workshops, and health & wellness webinars where you learn how to shift your mindset and create a commitments to live a healthy lifestyle.
